Hi, I'm Win Singleton!

As a self-motivated, conscientious real estate professional with a strong work ethic, my underlying philosophy of “service first” means that my clients’ needs are paramount. I work closely with sellers and buyers to educate and inform them at every step of a transaction. I help people to buy and sell homes while keeping in mind both their immediate and long-term goals. My reputation for honest communication and active listening has made me a trusted advisor over the years for the people with whom I work.

About Me

I have been active in the real estate profession for over 4 decades, having gotten my Virginia real estate license in 1975 and my broker's license in 1976. I have not only been active listing and selling properties myself - actively marketing as many as 18 houses for my seller clients at a time - but I also have acted as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager for several real estate firms throughout the years, assisting other agents in serving their clients and achieving personal success in their real estate careers.

I was raised in a real estate family here in Falls Church, Virginia, where both of my parents were real estate brokers with their own real estate firm, CENTURY 21 Singleton, REALTORS® prior to their passing. I learned the "ins and outs" of putting together successful real estate transactions and how to meet the needs of my clients while listening to my parents discuss their transactions around the kitchen table while growing up. As a teen, I assisted my parents at their real estate office after school where I learned even more from watching them and the other agents in the company help their clients!

As a Virginia Continuing Education Instructor since 1999, and a Virginia GRI Instructor, I teach classes in Real Estate Agency Law, Real Estate Contracts, Fair Housing, Legal Updates, the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, Working with Buyers, and Working with Sellers, to countless real estate agents over the years.
