Meet Win Singleton
I am in the business of making your real estate dreams a reality and I want to be your REALTOR®. Put my knowledge and experience to work for you! See my Resume!
I have been active in the real estate profession for over 4 decades, having gotten my real estate license in 1975 and my broker's license in 1976. I have not only been active listing and selling properties myself, but also have acted as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager for several real estate firms throughout the years, assisting the other agents in serving their real estate clients and achieving personal success in their real estate careers.
I was raised in a real estate family here in Falls Church, Virginia where both of my parents were real estate brokers with their own real estate firm, CENTURY 21 Singleton, REALTORS® prior to their passing. I learned the "ins and outs" of putting together successful real estate transactions and how to meet the needs of my clients while listening to my parents discuss their transactions around the kitchen table while growing up. As a teenager, I assisted my parents at their real estate office after school where I learned even more from watching them and the other agents in the company help their clients!

I am a recipient of the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics Award and in 1999 was honored as an inductee into the prestigious Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS' Hall Of Fame (an honor I also shares with my mother - inducted in 1982)! I have also been a member of NVAR's Multi-Million Dollar Club and Top Producer Club. As a Virginia Continuing Education Instructor and a Virginia GRI Instructor, I teach classes in Real Estate Agency Law, Real Estate Contracts, Fair Housing, Legal Updates, the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, as well as a course I developed and update, "Serving the Consumer Through the Internet", all about web marketing, that was named the Virginia Association of REALTORS® Course of the Year in 1999.
I have also been very active in the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® throughout my real estate career. I was Vice President of NVAR in 1995 and again in 1998, Treasurer in 1996 and 1997 and served as a Director on it's Board of Directors from 1990 to 1994, and again in 1999 and 2000. I have also chaired numerous committees including the Grievance Committee, Standard Forms Committee, Bylaws Committee, Regional Sales Contract Task Force, and Program and Entertainment Committee.
I attended The Citadel in Charleston, SC and majored in History.
With my years of experience, when you're ready to buy or sell, call or email me and let's meet for coffee to discuss your Northern Virginia real estate needs!
