One thing I want you to know - the price home that you buy is not important to us! We can show you virtually all the houses on the market in Northern Virginia. Yet, over 99% of these properties will not be suitable for you for any of a variety of reasons: too large; too small; too far out; too close in; too expensive; too inexpensive; too something! Strange enough, there are usually no more than a half dozen or so properties that could really be possibilities for any given buyer client. We will decide together which are likely contenders for you and then we'll go out and inspect them together. This way, both of us will eliminate over 99% of the home that couldn't possibly be something you'd be interested in. Your time is valuable too!
